Exclusions
- Delivery to some remote postcodes will not be eligible for next day delivery and will automatically be placed on standard. To find out if your postcode is considered “remote” please click here to search.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse facility you will receive an email from Yodel with your tracking number and a link to track your order. From this link you will be able to make any necessary rescheduling. You will also be able to supply a “safe place”. Please note, if you provide the courier with a “safe place” Prevayl cannot take responsibility for parcel damages or losses.
